Rev Dr John McElroy is the senior minister. He is also the director of the Southern Cross Association of Churches, which includes ministries spread mainly in the southern hemisphere.

Pastor Alaine McElroy is the coordinator of services and oversees the various teams that plan worship services, creative arts and special events.  She also oversees the Women's Ministry.

Pastor Robyn Walther coordinates the assimilation ministry, which aims to involve all members in the ongoing small groups and ministries of the church.

Pastor Hännes Tischhauser is the coordinator of Community Services. He also works in the area of international and local missions and Southern Cross Network.

Pastor Dougal Steven is the coordinator of our Kids Alive ministry.

Pastor Wayne Tuxworth is the Youth and Young Adults Ministry coordinator.

Pastor Roger Speldewinde oversees pastoral care, counselling and coordinates hospital visitation.

Norm King is the office administrator and coordinator of the administration team. This includes the reception, building maintenance, staff support and finance.

Gail Stimpson is the executive personal assistant to the senior minister and assists in the administration area.

Markus Walser is a master chef in the Café and assists with in-house functions.

Kallan Sadler coordinates worship, special events and assists with ministries of creative and performing arts in the church and the development of Southern Cross Music.

Duane Orriss oversees the Production Team - audio/visuals.

Dave Raeburn is the facilities manager, coordinating maintenance and care for the church’s property. This includes cleaning, parking, security, gardening and set-up of special events.

Irene Beadle assists the administration team for Churchlands and Southern Cross Network.

Eleanor Beets is our receptionist.

Bronwen Raeburn is the editor of the Churchlands eBulletin.

Lara Pilcher is the Director of Southern Cross Dance which provides training and performances in a wide range of dance styles and disciplines. Lara also coordinates the Dance Ministry and performance teams assisting with the performing arts and creative aspects of special events and services at Churchlands
