Churchlands Community Services provide over 30,000 meals to the local community each year. The primary focus of this ministry is the Café, which meets on a Wednesday. Three course meals are served from 11.00am – 12.30pm to over 100 people on a weekly basis. Community Services also facilitates school and seasonal outreaches, and assists other churches with their programmes.

Through our Community Services we have created a unique and wonderful platform to show the love of Christ in action.  Our services provide over 30,000 meals to the local community each year.  At our Community Cafe we feed over 120 unemployed people and folk who struggle in life.  This outreach has turned into a well established mid week church service.

Our messages on these days are very relevant and inspiring to our clientele.  The Wednesday Church Service provides prayer support, counselling and practical assistance through our Food Line which provides groceries to many more.  The local schools are the recipients of our food hamper programme which is directed to needy families by the Churchlands school chaplains.  Our vision is to support, strengthen and encourage other churches and ministries to do likewise in their own neighbourhood. 

Churchlands Community Services Inc is a self-funded organisation and operates mainly through volunteers and donations which are tax deductible.
