As children of the Living God we are called to relationship first with God and then with others:  in Matthew 22:37-39 we are given the commands to first  “Love God”  and then  “Love Others”. 

Keeping this in mind the goal for our groups is that they be places that are “meaningful” and “multiplying” – where we are connecting with God and others, growing in Christ and in our spiritual gifts, supported and loved, where we are reproducing and reaching out.

We encourage the people of Churchlands to be in a group (which may consist of 3 or 12) that is going to work for them.  Recognising that we are all at different stages in life our groups come in different ‘shapes’ and ‘sizes’, meet at different ‘times’ and ‘locations’ but all focusing on our goals whether it be a women’s group, men’s group, family group, activity-based group, adults mixed group, young married’s group, young adults’ group, youth connect group, special interest group, accountability group ………. .
